<p>Each sweepstakes in Sweeppea can be configured individually to connect with a specific list in Klaviyo.</p>

<li>Go to <strong>Sweeps Settings</strong> from the left-hand sidebar menu.</li>



<li>Locate the <strong>Default Klaviyo List to Sync Participants</strong> section.</li>



<li>Click on the dropdown menu to view your available Klaviyo lists.</li>



<li>Select the desired Klaviyo list where you want participants sent.</li>



<li>Click <strong>Start Synchronization</strong> to begin sending participants to Klaviyo.</li>

<p>Sweeppea will send participants to Klaviyo in batches at regular intervals. This process runs in the background, so participants will appear in Klaviyo gradually rather than all at once.</p>



<p><strong>To stop syncing:</strong> Return to Sweeps Settings and click <strong>Stop Synchronization</strong>. You&#8217;ll see the synchronization status change from &#8220;Running&#8221; to stopped.</p>



<p>You can repeat these steps for each sweepstakes, keeping lists organized and up to date.</p>



<p><strong>Note:</strong> If you don&#8217;t see the Klaviyo List Section, your Klaviyo connection is not active. Return to Step 1 to reconnect Klaviyo.</p>
